Title: Highland Beef Balls

Yield: 4 Servings

1lbGround beef
2ozSuet
1tsFreshly ground pepper
1tsMixed spice
1tsSalt
1/2tsSugar
1/2tsGinger
1/4tsGround cloves

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly together in a mixing bowl. Shape into 4 large or 8 small patties. Fry for five minutes on both sides in a little hot fat. Serve with bacon and Skirlie.
